Equal pay
For us, equal rights and equality are matters of course!
The amendment to the Gender Equality Act (GIG) and the regulation on the review of the equal pay analysis are intended to enforce the right to equal pay and work of equal value under constitutional law. Employers under private and public law who employ 100 or more employees are obliged to carry out an internal equal pay analysis in accordance with Art. 13a para. 1 of the Gender Equality Act.
Wild & Küpfer AG has fulfilled this obligation and has carried out the analysis in accordance with federal requirements (Logib) and had it checked by a neutral office. The analysis shows that equal pay between women and men has been observed.
